So, I got a response from a support email I sent to iiNet today. Not bad, except I sent the email two weeks ago, and the information in it is wrong. Standards must have dropped considerably since I left. The supervisors can’t be too concerned about performance any more if they can let an email rot for two weeks.

just came across your post, iinet has just gone haywire the last couple of months, i have 5 tasks with them for the last few weeks awaiting resolution, they’re overcharging me for my mobile bill but nothing is being done , and they keep referring to me with my wifes name despite me telling them dozens of times to change it! i’m getting really frustrated with them adn glad i only have 6 months remaining, cos when thats up, i’m off.
