Unfortunately, you’ve got it all wrong Brian. Climate Change is based on fraudulent science. Check out sites such as http://www.john-daly.com/proxies.htm for some great exposes of the work done by IPCC scientists. The coal/oil/gas interest myth is also just that too … a common myth pedalled by those who live off government grants to “research” Climate change. The problem with climate change is that it’s faith based science. it’s science that says” we are the cause of x” now, let’s go find evidence to support it. That’s now how sceince works. Science states – the evidence is X, what hypotheses supopport the evidmece shown. That’s why the Climate Gate emails were so imp-ortant, it confirmed what the Climate Change “deniers” had been saying all along – the evidence isn’t there, and the IPCC and others freely admitted internally at being frustrated by being able to support their faith based opinions.

It’s no coincidence that “green” poltics arose as the communist/soviet blocks fell. All those who believed in the concept of Government control for the “higher ideal” didn’t just simply vanish into thin air when the Iron Curtain fell. They continued on with their faith based concept that “capitalism is evil” and that the only fix was high government control over people’s lives. Only this time, the push was done from an “environmental” front. Green = Communism rebadged. Far too much to go into it from here, but let’s just say, there are lots of false prophets in the last days mate, and not all of their continually false religions are recognised as “religion” per se, but that’s all it is …
